Made from pressed organic apple juice fermented with its vinegar Mother, Biona's organic cider vinegar is aged for a robust finish. Its rich aroma and fruity, tangy taste are underpinned by a host of valuable enzymes, making this cider vinegar delicious and naturally healthy. Our raw, unfiltered vinegar is not heat-treated or pasteurised either, to keep enzymes happy.
Here is a simple vinegerette that I love to make:
Thicken 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1 tsp of agave/ coconut honey/ sugar with a dollop of dijon mustard, a crushed garlic and season to taste.
Save your bottles! I will bring a funnel and the vinegar to decant into your bottle.
