Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar is matured over time and bottled unpasteurised to produce a beautifully delicate apple flavour and a pleasant, clean finish.
Here is a simple vinegerette that I love to make:
Thicken 2tbsp of Aspall Cyder Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1tsp of agave/ coconut honey/ sugar with a dollop of dijon mustard, a crushed garlic and season to taste.
Save your bottles! I will bring a funnel and the vinegar to decant into your bottle.
