Delicious wholemeal couscous, less stodgy than its white counterpart and more nutty and flavoursome as well as more fibrous and better for us.
Use as a base to throw veg stew on top or a tagine or as in the picture above fresh tomatoes and pepper with chickpeas and fresh herbs all mixed through to make a delicious salad.
Cooks so quickly just covered with boiling water and some salt, cumin, tumeric and olive stirred through when all water is absorbed. Enjoy!
